Vendor Application
We have been humbled by the vendor response and are full for vendors spots! All applications will go to the waitlist. Keep a look out for future markets and events!
Join us for the 2nd Annual Yule Ball and Market. Friday, December 20, 6-10pm at the The Bird & The Book in Maryville. As this is a nonprofit fundraising event for Ekstasis, the ball itself will be ticketed, but the market will be free. We hope this helps to foster more sales for you, the vendor.
Booth rental is $25 for up to a 10x10 outdoor booth. Table and chairs will not be provided. An invoice will be sent and payment is expected to be recieved within 24 hours of approval.
You are expected to provide tables. Load in will be two hours prior to the start of the event (starting at 4pm). You are expected to clean your booth space after the event.
If you are a reader, approval is contingent upon demonstrating a reading for one of our staff.
Of course, Ekstasis is not responsible for any damage, theft, etc. that may occur to products or people.
